Why We Recommend It:
Zoetry Curaçao is the smaller, classier sister resort of Dreams Curaçao whose facilities and beach Zoetry guests have full access to.
It has very high-quality food and drink, and superb accommodation, things that place it firmly in the luxury resort category.
It has great spa services (one spa treatment free per guest per stay) and, as most of the (potentially noisy) entertainment is across the road at Dreams, is very much a place to relax and unwind.
Its location, by the lovely Piscadera Bay is, rather happily, just ten minutes away from the airport, while Willemstad city center is no more than fifteen minutes drive away.
Zoetry is family-friendly though it doesn’t have much on-site for kids. They can though of course use the many child-friendly facilities at Dreams which include a very good kid’s club.
Rooms & Suites:

They have 72 elegant suites at Zoetry, divided between Junior and Master Suites and where they look out on – the pool, the gardens or what they refer to as a ‘tropical’ view, i.e. lush jungle-like foliage.
The pool suites at both suite levels come with a slight premium, making their Master Suite Pool View the most expensive and their Junior Suite, 1 King Bed, Garden View the cheapest.
We believe many guests may not see the point of paying extra to be facing the pool, especially when the garden and tropical views are charming in their own right.
None will disappoint though we’re sure. They are all beautifully furnished, super comfortable, and feel spacious and airy, with their plush bathrooms being a highlight.
The Master Suites are particularly spacious at 753 sq. ft. with the Juniors having 430.

Food, Facilities & Things to Do:

There are two main restaurants on-site at Zoetry both of which have extremely good food by any standards not just those of an all-inclusive.
Both are semi-formal, their indoor Bloom Restaurant slightly more so. It serves broadly international food alongside some local Curaçaoan dishes.
There is al fresco dining at Botanica which does a nice range of snacks and small dishes throughout the day and á la carte grilled special for dinner.
All food is á la carte at Zoetry in fact – no buffet food here the last time we checked.
Near Botanica and also outdoors is their Palms Bar, just by the pool it serves great cocktails alongside more standard drinks – spirits, beers, and wines. It closes relatively early though – around 6 o’clock.
The more fancy Corks & Cordials occupies part of the main lobby area and can get reasonably busy in the evenings. It has a wine focus and an extensive wine list. It opens until around midnight.
Also in the main lobby, and also open until midnight is Flora, a less formal venue and one as much for coffee and casual daytime lounging as it is for evening drinking.
Zoetry’s wine cellar is available for private dining and events (but for an additional charge of course), and private, romantic dinners in fitting locations around the resort can also be arranged via the concierge.
Their spa has three treatment rooms, three multi-functional indoor spa suites (for massages, facials, and body treatments), one massage suite for couples, a sauna, a steam room, and rain showers. They mainly use Luxury Natura Bissé spa products. Each guest is granted one complimentary spa treatment per stay.
Some other activities included in your all-inclusive package (though some limits may apply – scuba diving allows just one introductory lesson for eg.) are non-motorized water sports – kayaking, snorkeling, water polo, deep sea fishing, and scuba diving. Motorized water sports are available for an extra fee.
All of the facilities of the larger Dreams resort are, as mentioned above, available to Zoetry’s guests (but not vice-versa).
Location:
Fifteen minutes drive from the gorgeous old town of Willemstad and just ten from Curaçao’s international airport, Zoetry has a very convenient location. The area is Piscadera Bay, a scenic place, and the beach here, though small, is one of the loveliest on the island.
All sorts of tours and excursions can be arranged with the resort concierge including eco-tours and jungle hiking and biking.
Some Guest Reviews:
“This resort was luxurious! It is quiet and peaceful. They cater to your any need. Because it’s smaller than its sister resort Dreams (across the street) the quality of food and drinks is significantly better. The only setback was that you also needed to go to Dreams for the beach access and nighttime entertainment……”
“Had an amazing time at Zoetry Curaçao! The room was beautiful, and amazing amenities were fully included such as 24hr room service, minibar, and even laundry service. No check-in/out times. My partner and I really felt welcomed from the moment we arrived until our departure. Would definitely return!!……”
